Washer leaking during fill? A cracked or clogged injector nozzle is often the culprit. This part directs water into the tub. Simple 20-minute DIY fix.
1. Sleeve for input, Injector valve, nozzle and seal for input fixed this problem. Probably the main part that was the trouble was a deformed Injector Valve which is a rubber tube with an internal retention groove at the wide part that grips the Nozzle. The Sleeve and the Nozzle are hard plastic parts that basically looked fine, but I replaced them anyway while I was in there. Additionally I replaced the rubber Seal for Input which seals the plastic input fitting to the tub just to make sure... Read more

Did some dryer repair research (dryer not heating) on the internet. Bought an ohm meter, opened up the dryer and tested the cut-off-T, high limit thermostat, dryer igniter, flame sensor, cycling thermostat for continuity. The igniter was bad, the other parts tested ok. Went online to AppliancePartsPros.com searched for a new igniter for my specific dryer model, found the right replacement igniter and watched the video on how to replace the igniter. I decided to order the siphon break kit (siphon break, washer and clamp included), a new hose, and clamp (for the bottom hose connection) as the hose was original and well over 15 years old. I probably could have used the old clamp, but decided to get a new one in case there were problems with the old during removal. The video provided by A.P.P was helpful in giving confidence this was a task that could be done by myself. As was shown in the video, the hose connection to the siphon break had a... Read more

Found the wonderful parts diagrams you most generously share online and a couple of YouTube videos . I determined it should be repairable. In my cast the agitator shaft was frozen (rusted) in place. One word of caution is to be careful as the sheet metal internal cover and bottom of the control knob panel is razor... Read more
