• Not cleaning dishes properly

Searched on this site and found likely cause and solution to problem. After watching APP video, I was able to remove dishwasher filter and confirm clogged filter. Ordered the new part and it was shipped quickly. Reinstalled it per video instructions and it worked perfectly! Found that a lot of the moving parts were plugged and as a result dishes were not getting enough water pressure to clean. Replaced a lot of the moving water flow parts. Site even had how to do videos to help. Dishwasher works great now. Quick, inexpensive solution. Read more

• Touchpad does not respond

After some searching online, I felt that the control board was the problem. It did not have any visible damage, but after replacing it, the dishwasher ran perfectly. I also took the opportunity to replace the broken latch/handle. I am very happy with the service and delivery of my order. Read more

I called and talked to a customer service rep and she helped me troubleshoot the problem and order the correct part. She also sent me the pdf of the repair manual and I followed its instructions to replace the drain solenoid. It was a fairly easy repair. I first installed the inlet pump with no results. I then ordered a Control Switch and Float and Nut. This fixed the problem. Everything comes out so clean. I also replaced the filter which allowed me to clean debris around old filter. It is also easier to replace all these parts with the dishwasher pulled out and tilted on its side. I had to pull mine out to unplug power to the dishwasher. Read more

I ordered the rack adjuster assembly. I only needed the wheel, not the entire assembly, and when I recieved the assembly, I found the wheels are now riveted on, not held there by screws. The assembly was a perfect replacement, You will need a small star bit (T10) to do replacement. Part arrived in two days. We put in the door latch and it did not fix problem so we installed the control panel and bingo it worked. So I'll return the handle soon but will not take the door latch off. After talking with the rep from appliance pro, she helped me verify wat I needed, everything came as we discussed. After removing the inner door the vent assembly was difficult removing, it does unplug, do not twist it off, had to replace that piece as well. Had to cut of notch on inner door for the vent assembly to reseat properly. It does twist off, just a bear to put back on. once all assembled turned the machine on and no more leaks.
