I ordered the rack adjuster assembly. I only needed the wheel, not the entire assembly, and when I recieved the assembly, I found the wheels are now riveted on, not held there by screws. The assembly was a perfect replacement, You will need a small star bit (T10) to do replacement. Part arrived in two days. Using one of your videos, I used a circuit tester to determine if the element was intact. It was faulty. Getting the part from you went well. Finding the serial numbers using your guidelines, allowed me to order the right replacement heating element. It was just a few days and the part was delivered - everything that I needed. Dishes were 'gritty' with an almost invisible coating of specks smaller than grains of salt. Note: New rack no longer includes removable tines or cup shelf. This part is a lower dishrack. The lower dishrack is the lower shelf of a dishwasher that holds plates, bowls, and utensils. To remove the old dishrack, simply pull it out and lift the wheels up from its track. Set it off the side, and lift the new dishrack. Slide it into its track and make sure it is locked in. If it is gliding in and out in a smooth way, it has been installed properly.This genuine replacement OEM part is sold individually and is compatible with Whirlpool brands include Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Sears/Kenmore brand appliances.
