I watched You Tube and it gave me an idea of what was was wrong.. The motor was frozen. There was not room here to comment about the service that I received . It is only one word fantastic, from the time I started chat with the rep to the time I finished. Amazing. I order the part on Tuesday and I received the parts on Wednesday. That night when I came back from work, I fixed . Everybody at home was happy that the dryer was back in business. Thank you guys and the amazing Representative that... Read more
This spring clip secures small panels, brackets, or trim inside your appliance to maintain a snug fit and prevent movement. Replacing a fatigued clip helps restore proper alignment and reduce unwanted vibration or rattling. What it does:
There's a metal piece that the lint filter pushes down into that got bent a bit I guess and ended up skewering the lint filter. I got it loose but couldn't get the metal piece to stay where it was supposed to be to operate without catching the lint filter. I think it's there to prevent things like socks from hitting the blower wheel. When the new part came in I had to take the front cover off the blower wheel. It was easier than I thought, just three bolts/screws. Don't bother taking off... Read more
6-foot flexible metal duct connects dryer exhaust to wall vent. Replace if crushed, torn, disconnected, or missing to restore proper airflow path.
Our heating element had broken coils. Typed model number in to see which parts were likely to fix the problem. AppliancePartsPros told me exactly which parts to try. For the cost, it seemed the best decision was to order the complete Heating Element Assembly, rather than risk needing the two smaller parts as well. Decided to order new vent as well. The parts arrived super fast and the on-site video showed step-by-step how to install the new part. From diagnosis to drying laundry in less than 48... Read more

Used the Wpl. Vent Kit, 4-way. This is not a quick, easy job. You have to disassemble the dryer, removing the entire front, door, drum, and control panel. Take your time and take pictures as you go so you can get it all back together again after installing the conversion kit. It will take you at least an hour, and you need room to work. Also, remember that after converting the dryer over to left or right vent, you now have a wider dryer with the ducting sticking out the side. (4") Make sure it... Read more
