Suspension pad absorbs vibration and keeps your washer stable during spin cycles. Replace if machine shakes excessively or moves. Confirm fit with model.
Remove top lid panel and splatter shield. I didn't need to remove the back panel on my model. Used pliers to lift the old rod up and out. Did one rod at a time. Watched several videos so it went quickly. I've done 2 loads now and the machine has stayed in place. Be sure to balance the machine prior to that first load. Two 5-foot nylon braided hoses connect household water supply to washer inlet valves. Replace cracked, leaking, or aging hoses to prevent water damage.

I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. Fixing the problem was quite simple. First, I removed the lid assembly (thanks to the diagrams supplied by AppliancePartsPros.com!). Getting the back two screws out was very difficult because I couldn't see them from the front and I could not move the unit out of the enclosed space.
