First replaced water/ice maker solenoid switches at bottom of refrigerator with no improvement. Then replaced filter head and the base that was broken. That fixed the problem as the filter head had started leaking when cap/filter was removed. There was no leak for a long time at the filter head so it was difficult to determine just where the problem was in the system. Read more

We turned off the circuit breaker. We then removed the light cover and then the control panel. We disconnected the Keyboard, Utah, plugged in the new one and turned the breaker on to see if everything worked. We realized that we did not need a new jazz board so that is being returned. The old Keyboard was removed, the new one attached and all the parts were put back. The frig works fine now at the recommended settings of zero and 38F. Read more

The bucket was an easy fix. There is a film on the website showing exactly how to replace it. With the parts I ordered from you the fix was easy. Take special note in the video in the replacement of the spring. That made it easy. Also I did not have to disconnect the electrical connections. Just rotate the chute assembly for access. Read more
