On my Bosch she55m15uc/64, the cycle would take 3-4 hours, with the machine stuck on "1 minute" for a long time. The interior was getting moldy and smelly, and the dishes had a white film. Dishwasher made a humming sound but no water was circulating around. Searching around, I decided that it was either the inlet valve or the pump/impeller. I started with the inlet valve since it’s an easier repair. It didn’t work, no problem, now I have a spare. I then changed the pump and motor assembly. Repair estimate was $250 parts, $250 labor to change out the circulating pump. I decided to do it myself. Pump was $166 from AppliancePartsPros. It arrived in 4 days. I looked at the video on their website, followed the instructions step by step and did it myself. They estimated 45 minutes. We ordered new top & bottom trays. The dishwasher is 5 years old, so we needed to decide put cost of new trays or replace unit. We are trying to be "green" and not throw away people. The Panel-Facia part did the trick (although you should note that the part called a "holder" is already installed, and doesn't need to be ordered separately). The installation was a bit more involved than it appeared to be at first glance, as many parts of the door needed to be disassembled. I recommend reviewing a YouTube video on door disassembly before you get started (and make sure you turn off the circuit breaker!). Installation was successful and solved the problem. Read more

Had a repairman come out - he said it was the control panel and he couldn't get the parts as they were $200 and non returnable.. I looked at you tube and AppliancePartsPros - identified the two needed parts and ordered them for $83 - they were here is two days and my wife and I replaced the needed parts in about ten minutes - took out and replaced 10 screws and it came out great Read more

Somehow one of the mounting brackets disappeared after I had the cabinets and counter replaced, but these were a perfect replacement. They don't stick out as wide as the original brackets, but I think these are a better design. One of the side trim strips was folded over on itself, which made latching the door difficult. It was an easy fix: used a Torx screwdriver to remove 2 screws on each side, and just replaced it on each side. I also ordered the door gasket and the trim strip at top of the door, while I was at it. Glad I replaced the door gasket: it was wearing down and very, very dirty! Very quick repair.
