Fix a dishwasher that won't spray water or makes humming sounds. This circulation pump and motor assembly repair is lengthy but not difficult.
Dishwasher made a humming sound but no water was circulating around. Searching around, I decided that it was either the inlet valve or the pump/impeller. I started with the inlet valve since it’s an easier repair. It didn’t work, no problem, now I have a spare. I then changed the pump and motor assembly. When I got the old one out, the impeller was broken along with a crack in the plastic housing. The repair took about 3 hours following along with the video. The dishwasher now works like... Read more

Replace your dishwasher's upper dishrack assembly if the coating has rusted, cracked, or chipped. Includes wheels and tines. Installs in the top position.
We ordered new top & bottom trays. The dishwasher is 5 years old, so we needed to decide put cost of new trays or replace unit. We are trying to be "green" and not throw away people. So we shopped the internet. We are so glad and happy that we found AppliancePartsPros. The price was good but the service and speed of us getting the parts was exceptional. Can't say enough from the helpful and knowledgeable agent to the speedy shipping. Will use again next time parts are needed. Read more

Dishwasher won't fill or keeps overfilling? The float switch detects water levels for proper filling and draining. Accessible repair in under 30 minutes.
I checked continuity at the float switch since I knew the inlet valve was working when direct wired to 120v. Switch did not have continuity. Replaced switch and inlet valve worked at start of cycle. Read more

Had a repairman come out - he said it was the control panel and he couldn't get the parts as they were $200 and non returnable.. I looked at you tube and AppliancePartsPros - identified the two needed parts and ordered them for $83 - they were here is two days and my wife and I replaced the needed parts in about ten minutes - took out and replaced 10 screws and it came out great Read more
Interior side trim strip for dishwashers. Lines the sides of the tub for a finished look. Replace if cracked, bent, folded, or missing. Easy DIY install.
One of the side trim strips was folded over on itself, which made latching the door difficult. It was an easy fix: used a Torx screwdriver to remove 2 screws on each side, and just replaced it on each side. I also ordered the door gasket and the trim strip at top of the door, while I was at it. Glad I replaced the door gasket: it was wearing down and very, very dirty! Very quick repair. Also, the shipping was incredibly fast, ordered it over a weekend and arrived Monday or Tuesday, very... Read more
Secures internal components and mounting brackets in your dishwasher. Replace if missing, stripped, or lost during installation or cabinet remodeling.
Somehow one of the mounting brackets disappeared after I had the cabinets and counter replaced, but these were a perfect replacement. They don't stick out as wide as the original brackets, but I think these are a better design. Also, the I found the original brackets online, but they were way overpriced, so i was glad to find these. Read more
This is a door handle for a dishwasher, used to open and close the appliance door. It mounts to the exterior front panel and provides a secure grip for operating the door latch mechanism. Replace this handle if it is cracked, broken, loose, or if the mounting points have become damaged making it difficult to properly open or close the dishwasher.
The Panel-Facia part did the trick (although you should note that the part called a "holder" is already installed, and doesn't need to be ordered separately). The installation was a bit more involved than it appeared to be at first glance, as many parts of the door needed to be disassembled. I recommend reviewing a YouTube video on door disassembly before you get started (and make sure you turn off the circuit breaker!). Installation was successful and solved the problem. Read more
Replaces cracked or brittle dishwasher hose connecting the sump to the water inlet valve. Includes 2 o-rings. Essential for preventing leaks during pump replacement or routine maintenance.
Used vids on youtube for steps on how to disassemble and install the pump; search "Bosch dishwasher circulation pump replacement". Also on AppliancePartsPro forums, a poster put up the Bosch "Dishwasher Service Training Manual" in .pdf. Search "Bosch dishwasher low pressure" on the forum. It's one of the post with the longest thread. Six pointers. 1. In another forum post, the poster noted that some hoses were brittle with age - and cracked when reinstalling. I had same issue (my washer is... Read more

We just bought an older home, and the Bosch dishwasher was missing the base panel. Found the model number inside the appliance, and found the part online. We needed a white base panel, but weren't sure if it would fit (based on the model #), so we ordered both white and black panels, thinking at least the black one would fit. THEY ARE THE SAME PANEL, ONLY DIFFERENT COLORS. Very happy that the white base panel fit like a glove. Shipping was super fast too. ? Read more
