The symptom was suds and water on the floor at the left front of the dishwasher within the first five minutes of operation. Examination of the seal inside the door showed it was warped and pushed up into the door out of place. I looked carefully at why this one row of tines might be wobbly and saw that the row of tines next to it was secured by these little plastic pieces that just seemed to snap on. Because the door would no longer stay shut and didn't firmly click when closed. Reviewing reports on-line narrowed the problem, so I ordered the door lock assembly kit. Two Torx bits are needed: T10 for two screws that secure the gray latch/lock and sensor to the stainless interior wall of the door & T20 for twelve screws holding the control panel & decorative metal front to the interior wall. I easily found the replacement part on the Appliance Parts Pros website and ordered (2), one for each end of the handle and yes it is the same part for either side. They showed up a few days later. I had seen a video of how to expose the handle screws behinf the door face. I backed out the appropriate (6) Torx screws and the front of the dishwasher door came right off exposing the handle screws. Got new replacement spring and cord for our Bosch compact dishwasher. A plastic retaining bracket that held the old spring also was broke but the new spring had its own piece that fit into a slot in the plastic frame, so i just popped it in there, connected the cord, and bingo. The door now works. I tried using the old spring, but it would not work because of the broke bracket. Read more

Water was left in the bottom of the dishwasher after each time we ran it and the dishes were no longer getting clean. Also, there was always soap left in the dispenser. I took the DW completely apart and determined the water was not being forced out of the discharge tube and was merely draining via gravity. Leak was slow but becoming gradually worse. Pulled dishwasher out from under counter then visually inspected sump while it ran. As soon as the water got very hot, I could see the sump leaking where it meets the stainless pan. Searched for the correct sump gasket without success. Turns out that the gasket is built into the sump for this model. The built-in gasket is very narrow (under-engineered IMHO which is probably why it developed a leak). It finally gave E15 code, then after drying out the E15 code came back within 5 minutes of running. I dried out the base then I ran the dishwasher and observed water coming down the overflow chute after running only 5 minutes.There is a water inlet (clear water chamber on the side of the machine). It had some gunk inside that was stopping a black float shut-off from moving. I replaced the water inlet chamber. I also suspected the non return valve (also called a check valve). From the parts...
