Whenever the drawer was opened, it would fall of the guide rails. This lead to the drawer being crooked several times. I took the drawer out and noticed one of the glides was missing. Ordered a new pair, popped it on and now the drawer slides properly. Read more

• Door won't open after self cleaning cycle

I knew the door latch was suppose to lock for self clean and it wasn't, so I took the back off and after tracing out wires and the linkage to the door latch, determined that it was a faulty motor on the latch lock. In an attempt to clean the range from the grease-gunk build-up, I had to remove the burner heads. Unfortunately, the 2 most used burner heads had immovable screws that locked them into the orifices underneath. I removed the burners, which were rusted and needed some tapping.They were pretty stubborn to remove from the insert. I removed the spark igniters, which were rusted where they screwed into the burner and then removed the venturi tubes.. Once this was done, I installed the new igniters to the underside of the new burner. I then installed the burners, which only took simple placement and a quarter turn to lock them in.
