This hose clamp secures a washer hose to its fitting to maintain a tight, leak-resistant connection. Replace a weakened or damaged clamp to stop seepage at hose joints and keep the washer operating reliably.
I started by watching the video and it was very helpful. I would make one suggestion. On our model the weights on the tub sit very close to the front gasket. It is much easier to put the gasket on the tub before you put the weights on. Also, since the washer was tore apart, I replaced the hoses and seals and shocks since the machine is about 8 years old. The shocks made a huge difference. It spins like it did when it was new. Thanks for the video, it was very helpful. Read more
The Motor Stator Bolt is an OEM part for LG washing machines. This bolt secures the stator to the motor, ensuring the stability and proper functioning of the washing machine's motor assembly.
Causes of a bad motor stator bolt can include wear and tear over time, improper installation, or damage from over-tightening or impact. A compromised bolt can lead to instability in the motor, potentially affecting the washer's performance.
Symptoms of a bad motor stator bolt include:
This OEM LG part is also compatible with Sears/Kenmore.
I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics. It was a very rewarding project and hundreds of dollars... Read more
This washer clutch assembly engages the drive system to shift between wash and spin modes. Replacing a worn clutch restores smooth agitation and full-speed spin performance, reducing noise and leaving clothes properly wrung out at cycle end.
After doing a little research it seemed likely that our 7 year old LG's suspension system was getting old. We're getting very loud sounds on our spin cycle. A lot of start-up of spin and then stopping to rebalance occurring within the machine and intermittent unbalanced load error where the machine stopped the cycle completely to display an error. We replaced all three shock absorbers and the two suspension springs and our washer is back to what seems like better than new. Quieter with... Read more
This Screw (drawing) is a factory fastener used to secure appliance panels and components. Replacing a stripped, corroded, or missing screw restores a tight fit, reduces vibration, and helps keep assemblies correctly aligned.
The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it. As it would start to loosen up (as evidenced by the loud banging noise exhibited during operation); I'd shut it down, pull the top off, remove the weight (it was almost always half rattled off at this point), wrap the mount lugs with friction tape (the plastic lugs were being worn down/chaffed by the balance weight), put the weight back... This door hinge bracket mounts the hinge to the washer's front cabinet, keeping the door aligned so it closes and seals properly. A bent or broken bracket can lead to door sagging, poor latching, or leaks at the door.
The dealer gave us a door but it didn't fit. Everything we bought from Appliance Parts Pros.com was fixed with just a screwdriver. Easy and fast. Shipping was fast also. The longest time was installing the hinges on a stacked washer and dryer. Read more
This door latch assembly secures the appliance door closed so cycles can start and run safely. A worn or damaged latch can prevent the door from locking, stopping the unit from operating or causing it to pause mid-cycle.
The Common Bolt is an OEM part for LG washing machines. It is a necessary mounting hardware component used to securely fasten and assemble various internal parts and components. Common bolts play a crucial role in ensuring the washer maintains solid construction and can withstand the shaking and vibrations of each wash cycle.
Causes of a bad common bolt can include stripped threads, rust, or damage over time due to repeated use or exposure to detergents and chemicals.
Symptoms of a bad common bolt include:

This balance weight secures to the appliance frame to add counterweight where needed, helping reduce vibration and stabilize moving parts for quieter, more reliable operation. What it does:
The lower counterweight had worked loose and fractured into three pieces. Two of the three pieces were still held together by the plastic covering and the third piece wedged between the front drum cover and the outside case. Problem was fixed by replacing the lower counterweight and the retaining screws - two of the screws were damaged so I replaced all four screws. Read more
The Nozzle Connector is an OEM part for LG washers. This connector piece attaches to the water supply lines and direct tub fill nozzle, directing water into the washer tub during fill cycles. It allows water to be distributed evenly around the tub perimeter during fills to optimize cleaning performance.
Causes of a bad connector can include cracks, leaks, or blockages from mineral buildup that disrupt water flow.
Symptoms of a bad connector include:

This inlet hose routes household water into the appliance's fill system, providing a secure, watertight connection. Replacing a worn, cracked, or leaking hose restores proper fill and helps prevent leaks and cycle interruptions.
The repairman installed the switch and the hose he replaced with it was worn with holes due to to the damper assemblies gone bad. Have ordered those and it will be completely fixed but it runs great now and quiet! Read more
This base bracket mounts to the washer's lower frame to hold associated components securely in place. By keeping parts properly anchored, it helps maintain alignment and stability during operation to minimize vibration and noise.
Replaced spider arm, bearings, drum seal. AppliancePartsPros had the overall cheapest price and factory parts not knockoffs. Had all my important parts <2 days and the rest on the third day. Good on line tutorial ideas. Good company. Will do business again. Read more
This spring-style hose clamp secures a washer's rubber hose to its fitting to maintain a tight, leak-resistant seal. Replacing a weakened clamp helps stop drips and keeps the hose firmly in place during operation.
This noise filter assembly conditions incoming AC power and suppresses electromagnetic interference to protect the appliance's electronics. When it fails, the unit may be completely dead, lose power intermittently, blow a fuse, or trip a household breaker.
