Checked all hoses for clogs cleaned them out and problem still existed so it was time for a new pump and since I was in there I replaced the drain hoses as well. Pump and hoses were exact oem replacement parts project took 30 minutes and the wife was happy again!!! Read more

If your LG Front load washers sounds like a freight train, STOP USING IT. You're doing more damage and will need more parts to fix it. After the noise became unbearable, I began to explore and disassemble. I knew enough to know the bearings must be bad but had never done this repair before. Removed two screws on top of the washer, by pulling plastic covers off it exposed two Philips head long screws. Lift the top up and on the right-hand side, I removed two short Philips head screws from door lock switch. Popped old one out and had a new one in about 10-15 min. Washer starts and runs cycle no issues at all. No more DL code. Read more

I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics.
