One of the suspension rods was not working so I replaced the bad one and the other three . Tub has now leveled out and is spinning properly without making the noise. With help from appliance parts pros video, I was able to remove and replace the bearing/clutch assembly. While I had the assemble removed I remove the water pump cleaned and replaced it. The hoses were good and I did not need to replace them however I did not properly apply the hose clamp to the tub and it separated when I was ready to start it again.
