Oven racks and oven bottom beyond cleaning just purchased our condo Janet P. • Bonita Spring , FL • May 07, 2018
I did research on my own prior to ordering. I looked at other sites, but was impressed with the online chatting-this was very helpful! I ordered three items and had difficulty with one rack. I called customer service and received a new rack the next day. This was meaningful to me because we were heading back home in a few days. The rep was very understanding to my situation and helpful.

Aluminum drip pan melted onto floor panel in oven Rick R. • Syracuse , UT • August 27, 2014
An aluminum drip pan was placed into the bottom of the oven thinking that it would make for easier clean up......Don't Do It!
It melted to the bottom floor of the oven and could not be removed. It was infused with the coating on the floor pan, thus making it permanently damaged.
After a quick search of the internet, a replacement part was found at AppliancePartsPros.com
They had the part I needed at a very good price.
It only took me about 5 minutes to change out the old part with the new one...

Cracked start button on control panel door balance kit Michael G. • Treasure Island , FL • September 22, 2014
Removed torx screws attaching stainless liner to outer stainless door. Lift off inner door and carefully separate the electronic components from where they snap into the control panel. Relocate electronic components to the new control panel. Reattach the inner liner with the torx screws. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands to hold the control panel while making the electronics swap to avoid pulling on the wiring harness.
For door balance kit I just followed the video, straight forward.

When refrigerator would go into defrost it would trip breaker John M. • Fort Myers , FL • November 01, 2020
I replaced the defrost thermostat and the defrost timer. That corrected the problem. Be careful when ordering your parts. I put in my model# and they gave me a defrost timer that was incorrect. I had to return at my cost and order the correct one. Don't assume because you put in your model# that the part is correct. On each part there is a box to put in your model# to check to see if it fits your model. Don't assume that because you put your model# in before that it fits. If not sure, call them...
