The evaporator fan had stopped working and caused the entire area around it to ice up. No air flow was getting from the freezer to the fridge. I replaced the damper control (it was rusted, not sure if it was workign or not) and the evaporator fan. It was a very quick repair once I diagnosed the problem. The most time consuming part was taking all the compartments apart to get to the affected area.

The fan blade had vibrated down the shaft of motor and was hitting the fan supports. I replaced motor and new fan blade. The motor was still operating but since I had everything opened up I changed out the motor anyway. Freezer working fine now. The only unforeseen problem is there was a black wire that had to be transferred to the three prong wiring harness.

Oven turns all heaters on to quickly get to temperature - the sensor probe is next to the broil heater - it quickly senses the broil element heat and claims a false oven temperature and "reaches" set temperature at the sensor probe. Had to remove all three food drawers and the back panel behind the drawers (4 screws). The water tank comes with the associated tubing which would typically require access to the back of the fridge to run the new lines.

1. Cut the power/unplug
2. Loose 2 screws and take out the lamp holder.
3. There are 2 cables connected to the holder. Unclip them (Don't worry, they're in a different size. You can not attach them to wrong connectors)
4. Clip the cables to the holder (One is slightly smaller and fits a slightly smaller connector)
5. Push back the holder to original place and screw (You'll use existing screws. No replacement in the box)
6. Turn on the power/plug-in
7. Let there be light!
