Turned off the power. Pulled out the stove. Removed back of upper part of stove. Removed old control board. Took photos with phone to make sure I got wires back on correctly. Only 1 wire was difficult to remove and required gentle rocking with pliers. Put the overlay on the new board. Placed all the clips and wires back on the new board. Turned on power to test. My dryer would only start (and keep running) after a lot of fiddling with the timer to find a position that "worked." The refrigerator was given to me and hasn't defrosted since it was new. I found the defrost timer had a burnt spot on the circuit board. After installing a new timer, the refrigerator would trip the circuit breaker in my house when it entered defrost mode.
