After researching the Internet, I thought the drainage hoses were my problem. First I changed both drainage hoses. That didn’t solve the problem. I had to look for another area that was causing water to drip into the pan. I found water leaking from behind the brake assembly. Since I didn’t get an oE error code, I eliminated the brake assembly as causing my problem. I ordered a brake gasket and cover. Once I got it properly installed, problem solved! Read more

• Leaking

Ordered the gasket kit. The shipping time was quick. The installation was more difficult than anticipated. The inside of the door had to be removed there were about 30 hex head screws. the new gasket then had to be fitted to the interior of the door and then placed on the outer part of the door and the screws replaced. Replaced seal. Ordered seal on Monday, had it Tuesday. It was the exact seal for the oven. It took longer to clean up the oven around seal groove than to remove and replace the seal. Read more

Remove the 2 screws that connects oven incert to frame. Slide incert outf .5 inch. Removed old seal and replaced it with new seal. Pushed incert back into frame. Screwed the 2 screws back into place. Read more

First I ordered a new ice door seal, spring, and crank, figuring the condensation in freezer and door was caused by ice door not sealing. Turns out the solenoid for the ice door was completely rusted and was the primary cause, if it had been replaced early, it would have saved the dispenser board. What then happened was the moisture in the freezer door damaged the control board rendering dispenser controls inoperative as well as the heater around the dispenser. Flip the burner facing down. Take out the seven screws that hold together the housing and the slip off the housing. Disconnect the igniter leads. Turn the burner clock wise from the opposite side your likely working. You'll get a better purchase there. Take the screws out of the old igniter, as they don't come in with the new igniter. Install the new igniter on to the new burner. Make sure that the igniter is poking all the way out of the whole in the burner. I found that the screws did... Read more
