This was a very simple repair. It was done in about an hour. It involves disconnecting the dishwasher, emptying the water from the inside, taking it out and flipping it over, and replacing the diverter motor. This repair is done on the underside of the dishwasher, nothing to disconnect inside (just remember to remove the baskets). 1) Ordered part.
2) Removed front panel by loosening the two screws at the bottom front.
3) Removed old Safety Switch/Lid Lock by disconnecting wires (plug and 2 female disconnects)
4) Reconnected all wires and reinstalled switch.
5) Replaced front panel.
6) Tested Unit.
7) FYI - I found that the locking mechanism stays locked until cycle completely finishes on its own. DO NOT force the cycle to end. Lid will NOT unlock.

We recently purchased a house with Jenn-Air appliances. The previous owner had used something to clean the knobs on the stove that removed the imprint. Ordering these was easy, they fit with no problem and are manufacture initial product quality. Very Pleased.
The only suggestion I would have is to provide instructions on how to install the oven door gasket. I have not attempted that yet but will soon.
