Removed torx screws attaching stainless liner to outer stainless door. Lift off inner door and carefully separate the electronic components from where they snap into the control panel. Relocate electronic components to the new control panel. Reattach the inner liner with the torx screws. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands to hold the control panel while making the electronics swap to avoid pulling on the wiring harness. Replaced the canopy. Took a few trials to install. Once I realized than you slide the part towards the tabs til it stops and then while pushing up towards the roof pull it back under two metal ears it held it self in place. That was the easiest repair ever. Did not need any tools. Read more

My teenaged son took the old washer door off and apart. He replaced our glass from our washer onto the new doors and attached it to the hinge. These doors are compatible with Kenmore washer even though it says Frigidaire. Read more

Used a flat head screwdriver to pop off old cover. Put new one back on. Keep the little plastic screw as the new cover does not come with one. Read more

Ordered grille cover and filter guide to replace broken parts. Easily removed grille cover and filter guide with star tip screw driver. Broken parts slipped or popped right out. Slid in new filter guide then grille cover. Put the 4 screws back in. Had a little difficulty matching up screw holes in the plastic parts with the holes in the metal of the dryer itself but once they all lined up the repair was quickly finished. I installed the new one and it went in easily...I like the new door better than the old one because the old door would always open and spill the butter when I shut the fridge door but the new door has like a catch that keeps it from opening when I close the refrigerator door. I searched online and easily found the best price for the Front Plate Assembly to be AppliancePartsPros.com. Even though I didn't pay for two day shipping, the part was shipped the next day and received the following day (Saturday), outstanding service. Installing the piece was quite simple, requiring removing two screws, slipping the old part off of two retaining clips and disconnecting one wire connector. Reverse this to install new part.
