I bought a new cooling motor and blade and installed it, everything seems to be working fine now, did not take that long to fix, maybe about 30 minutes, the longest part was trying to get the old fan off the old motor, finally had to cut it off with bolt cutters, I have a 12 year old LG Refrigerator 26930 double door, if you are handy its not that hard. I had to remove a couple parts in front of the motor to get to it, but very easy. Better than buying a new refrigerator...:). I replaced the...

High pitched squeal and loud rumbling on Electrolux electric dryer model # EFME517SIW0 Curtis H. • Stillwater , MN • May 25, 2019
I encountered a high pitched squeal and loud rumbling. I figured the sounds were likely the rollers despite not matching other sounds on the repair videos for other dryers. The repair video for dryer rollers on AppliancePartsPros.com is of little use until Minute 2:56 because this Electrolux 517 model uses mostly Phillips head screw to fasten the front and top panels in place. You may find one latch at the top front center that holds the top and front panels in place. After unplugging the...

Oven was shutting off when it reached temps over 400 control panel was frozen and very hot the only way to reset was to flip the breaker off and on Joan L. • Waxhaw , NC • June 02, 2019
We initially called a repair company who immediately diagnosed the fan, without opening up anything. They quoted $550 to repair. $159 of that was the fan part. Plus they told me the parts come from overseas and will take 2 week to arrive.
I researched the model number and can part and found exactly what I was looking for on your site. Plus there were diagrams and forum discussions that boosted my confidence on repairing ourself.
Using your parts diagrams and our manual information, we pulled...

Wheels on refrigerator were damaged Judy J. • Lumberton , NC • November 11, 2019
Used the video with the parts and replaced the wheels. The only thing we did wrong was using the front wheel axle instead of the back wheel axle on the back wheels. I will just order two more front wheel axles which are longer than the back axle. Thank you for the video, it made this repair easier.

Broken fan blade Thomas H. • West Blocton , AL • April 21, 2014
I used a set of ring pliers to remove the old retaining ring, then spread the plastic ribs around the fan motor shaft with a small flat bladed screwdriver to ease removal of the old fan blade. I reversed the process to replace the blade, gently tapping a socket from my socket wrench set placed over the motor shaft and ribs with a small rubber mallet. I stopped when the shaft protruded about 1/8" beyond the plastic ribs of the new fan blade, then installed the new retaining clamp ring with the...

Dryer would start then quit after about 5 seconds. No error codes-timer running nasal burnt smell. Larry T. • Morristown , TN • December 10, 2017
I replaced the dryer motor. I followed the repair video on the Appliance Parts Pro site, with a few modifications to the procedure. I loosened the control panel and flipped it forward to improve access to the wiring connectors. I also loosened the front panel and tipped it forward before disconnecting the door switch as there wasn't enough space to disconnect the switch otherwise. Removal of the blower assembly required the use of penetrating lubricant as the assembly was stuck on the motor...

Microwave turntable motor overheated and melted tray coupler Terry H. • Columbia , MO • May 31, 2018
Obtained the replacement motor and tray coupler from Appliance Parts Pro. Video of the typical replacement was very helpful to show what to expect and how to replace the motor and coupler. The removal of the bottom plate was held in place by several phillips screws. The motor was attached with two torx screws. The electric connection clips to the motor required needle nose pliers to pull them off. The tray coupler was simple to install after the motor was secured and bottom plate was replaced..

Genuine Samsung part

Part Number: DG67-00018A
This is the fan blade that mounts onto the convection fan motor inside your oven and circulates hot air evenly throughout the oven cavity during convection cooking. Even heat circulation helps food cook more consistently and in less time. Replace it when your oven is not heating evenly, you hear an unusual noise during convection mode, or you can see the blade is cracked or damaged.

Oven not heating correctly taking too long to heat Ken S. • Dothan , AL • February 09, 2016
Changed out the Fan. Oven turns all heaters on to quickly get to temperature - the sensor probe is next to the broil heater - it quickly senses the broil element heat and claims a false oven temperature and "reaches" set temperature at the sensor probe. Changing the fan causes the air to circulate during this time - so the entire oven heats up. The Fan is supposed run in Bake mode during heat up. The Fan blade nut is a left hand thread - turn CCW to tighten and Clockwise to loosen - RIGHTY...
