This is a control knob for washing machines. This control knob is used to adjust the water temperature and level settings on the unit. It is manufactured out of a white plastic. The replacement is very easy and takes less than 15 minutes to complete. All that this process involves is pulling the old knob off and sliding the new knob on.A new control knob will be needed if the original is cracked, broken, or damaged in any way.
