Ordered numerous replacement parts. Started with the tracks which required pulling the washer out of the cabinet to reach the screws. Pushed it back in and re-secured. The original issue with the dryer is that a corner of the lint screen was sticking out of the lint screen guide, and it would not stay flush with the guide. As a result, many tank top straps, waistband strings, and blankets would get caught on this corner and twist, tear, or warp my clothes. I have order three parts, guide filter, cover guide, and sensor assembly. My previous cover guide was from two parts, when sensor assembly was one of them. New part ( guide cover ) was all in one piece so I just transfer old metal part of sensor to new cover guide and I don't need that sensor assembly anymore. I have ordered all three parts overnight by Fedex, ordered 15 min before 5pm, so next day it was here. Dryer is fixed, I'm happy. Read more

Watched a You tube video, showed how to remove bottom, unhook wiring, then proceed to top case. Once removed, case is turned upside down so the capture nut can be installed. Part fit perfectly and BAM, done. Case refitted and finished. Part arrived in 2 days. Great service. Read more

The clips on the rear side of the drawer box were broken. Easy to locate the part on the website. Part in hand in two days and installed in about five minutes. Needed to remove the drawer and use a 1/4" driver, remove the broken slide and install the new one. Read more

Unplugged and unscrewed Advantium Oven. Pull it out with the help of a friend as it is heavy. Removed the two screws on the top access cover and removed it. I removed the plug and discharged the capacitor just in case with an insulated wire to the ground. I needed a long #2 Philips screwdriver to access the 4 screws holding it in place. I swapped the thermostat from the old unit to the new unit. I used tape to hold the screws on the tip of the screwdriver to get them back in the holes. I... Read more

Used a flat head screwdriver to pop off old cover. Put new one back on. Keep the little plastic screw as the new cover does not come with one. Read more

Ordered grille cover and filter guide to replace broken parts. Easily removed grille cover and filter guide with star tip screw driver. Broken parts slipped or popped right out. Slid in new filter guide then grille cover. Put the 4 screws back in. Had a little difficulty matching up screw holes in the plastic parts with the holes in the metal of the dryer itself but once they all lined up the repair was quickly finished.
