With his help I had my order straightened out and he also was able to get the belt I needed to me the next day, which I did not think would be here so quick. My problem started with a rusting condition in the ice bin that spiraled out of hand. I took apart the ice bin and all the hardware thinking I could clean it with the suggested baking powder. Plastic parts cleaned up like new, metal parts were pitted. I wire brushed and sanded the parts put it all back together and gave it a try. I simply removed both shelf and drawer, cleaned the area. I attached the drawer to the shelf and slid the whole assembly into the bottom of the refrigerator. Read more

Replaced "Ice Crusher Housing" and "Fixed Blades Spacer, both of which had broke. Read more

Flipped the circuit breaker to turn the power to the fridge off. Had to remove the faceplate to the ice/water dispenser. Had to remove approx 16 screws and unplug the circuit board. Removed water tube (That was the hardest part) ! Had to disconnect and remove the broken part and reattach the new part. Then put everything back together again. Read more
