Three new vanes. Installation was easy, removed one stainless screw on each vane, slid the broken vanes toward the front of the machine, compressed the old vane slightly and came right out. They have to be slid about 1 to 2 inches forward for removal. This was an easy fix.

Removed old baffle. Had to cut it out with a multi-purpose tool. Replaced with new one. Job was not too bad, and only took about 15-20 minutes.
The best part was the fast delivery time for the part. Ordered the PM of one day, and had it in the early morning of the next day. (OUTSTANDING!!!)
