First tried replacing the seal around the door as that was the simple and most logical fix. Still leaked. Removed the front and upper panel to inspect. Found calcium deposit running down from under the Air Vent Assembly and wet behind the black stick-on insulation. Easy to trace the leak to the bottom of the door. => Ordered new Air Vent Assembly, gasket and Vent Deflector. Parts arrived. Took 5 minutes to remove upper panel. Replaced sump because the seal is not sold separately. You will need a skinny clamp after cutting the original swaged clamp off. Also Had to replace the cover as its seal is not sold separately either. Used dish soap on seals during assembly. Read more

Ordered new wheel assembly, which came in about a day and a half. The broken assembly was on the left front so I only had to slide the dishwasher out just enough to expose the two mounting screws on the outside of machine.When you remove the old assm there are two rubber washers on the back side. If you didn't order new ones,remember to remove them from broken assembly and install them onto the new piece.Overall this is an easy fix and took about ten minutes including pulling the machine away... Tipped the dishwasher on to its front, loosened the drain hose clamp and pulled the hose off. Then unscrew the fill hose which looks like a garden hose adapter. Cut the zip tie on the drain hose and take note of how both hoses are routed, then pull both hoses out the back of the dishwasher. Insert new hoses and route them correctly and hook everything back up. Couple of notes, I didn't have to take off the outer cabinet to do this repair. After having replaced the drum support rollers twice in a roughly 3yr period, I realized something wasn't quite right, and indeed it wasn't. I first wanted to get the dishwasher running, before ordering the spring links. So I disassembled the pump / motor assembly to determine the reason the motor would not start. My wife cleaned all of the parts in the pump assembly. I took the motor apart and discovered that the lower bearing ( a sleeve type bearing) was dry and dirty, and was the culprit for the motor seizing. We initially noticed the dishwasher running loud and failing to completely clean dishes. Appeared to be two problems: the latch was worn and one of the pins that slid in a guide on the actuator located in the inner panel had broke off. Detergent lid spring and pin appeared to be OK but decided to replace since I was aready working on it. I ordered all the inner panel mechanism from the control arm to the latch actuator on the inner panel. The repair was successful as the detergent dispenser now opens during its cycle. Read more

We scoured the web and there are few references to this so I want to add it in case it helps. Replacing hinges solved the popping opening issue. We could not solve our dishwasher door issue after a number of other tries: Latch, Catch, Ropes that attach to the springs that pull the door closed. I tend to believe the solve could be different b/c all these things work together. But for us, we were skeptical that the hinge swap would work and we were very pleasantly surprised. Read more

Replaced pump, found impeller on pump failed. Unfortunately had to replace entire pump, could not just buy impeller. Read more
