First had to clean inside the empty freezer, that was the hard part. removed old gasket and cleaned inside the track in the door. had the new gasket well warmed and in the right shape. put new gasket in track. seating it firmly. I ordered the replacement parts. They arrived after two business days in one box. Nothing was missing or damaged in transit. I knew how to replace the parts because this is an old refrigerator that I fixed in the past. Notes: - You will need a nut driver to open and close the screws because they have a hex head. - The new screws that I ordered according to the refrigerator's drawings on the AppliancePartsPros website were much longer than the existing screws. I then talked to ApplianceParts customer service that it might be the yoke on the motor that turned the auger or even the motor itself even though it worked. I ordered the parts, the yoke was supposed to be able to be changed by itself but mind would not come off the motor shaft so I had to cut it off just to remove it from the unit so I had to change the motor anyway because of this.
