These ignition screws are used in the ignition systems on a variety of lawn and garden equipment. The screws are made of durable metal and fasten together different parts in the ignition system. While the screws are made of high-quality material, they can experience stress, wear and tear, and impacts that will break or damage them.To replace an ignition module screw, the garden tool will need to be disassembled. First, it should be turned off and placed on a flat surface. The spark plug wire should be disconnected before making the replacement. The ignition assembly will need to be taken apart to reach the ignition module screw. Use a screwdriver to remove the old part and replace it with a new replacement screw. This is an authentic OEM replacement component that is sourced directly from the manufacturer. The part is sold as an individual unit. Each ignition module screw is designed to be used with hedge trimmers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, edgers, and pole pruners created by Craftsman, Husqvarna, Poulan, Poulan Pro, and Weed Eater.

This replacement driver spring is a genuine OEM part for a string trimmer with a starter rope ignition. When an operator pulls the starter rope, the rope must recoil back into the starter assembly before it can be used again. This spring connects to a driver pulley in the starter assembly and maintains the right amount of tension needed to recoil the pulley. Over time, driver springs will begin to lose some of their tension. This is especially true if the operator is quite rough on their appliance. Pulling too hard on the starter rope can wear out the spring more quickly, making it less effective. Without a properly tensed driver spring, the starter rope will not recoil into the assembly. To change out the spring, use a nut driver to open the starter assembly and remove the pulley to get access to the old spring. Carefully remove it and install the new part. This replacement driver spring is a high-quality part designed to match the exact specifications for a Husqvarna or Jonsered appliance. This part is sourced from its original manufacturer and ships individually.
Rope won't recoil after pulling? This starter spring maintains pulley tension for automatic rope rewind. Standard DIY repair for most models.
