The problem was partly caused because the original legs were at full extension. The replacement legs were longer than the originals and were more secure at the needed length. I have a Jenn-Air microwave that didn't turn on and had no lights. It just stopped working completely. I unplugged the unit and had to remove the rear cover using a *security screw kit* that prevents people from opening the rear panel. • Door won't open or close

The replacement hinge unit arrived in just two days. The JennAire (Maytag) oven door is fairly typical in that it easily lifts off of the hinge bars. Once the door is off then removing two screws is all that's required to remove the hinge unit from the oven. The new hinge slides up into place and while you hold it up inside of its location putting the old screws back in is very easy. It took a little longer then I was hoping but wasn’t terrible. If the burner is very old at all make sure to get the new screws. Both of mine snapped when trying to remove them. The new one works great. Read more

• Little to no heat when baking

Just screwed on the new handle. The new handle did not come with threaded holes, but this was OK because the screws that came with the stove were self tapping. This takes a bit more effort and the proper screwdriver, but creates the threads in the handle as you turn the screw. Kudos to A-P Pros for the quick processing and delivery of the order. Read more

I thought it was the burners and ordered four burners. When they arrived I thought three of them were wrong parts so I ordered three others and scheduled a return of three I had just received. I went on your website found the parts needed to make the repairs. I watched the short video on installation. The parts arrived just a few days after I placed the order. I finished the repair in less than an hour and had to wait a few minutes to test the switch since the power was off and on due to a wind storm.
