Shipping seemed high at first but it was here the next day with standard shipping. If I ordered it from my local parts store it would have taken over a week and probably cost more. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She located the part number for the heating element and told me where to look for it to verify it was the correct one. She overnighted the part to me.
