How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013694 / WP9704230 Blender Drive Coupler

I got onto their site Friday mid day, found the part in about 20 seconds placed the order for 2-day ship...SUPER EASY! But even more AMAZING (!!!) the part arrived at my door around 3pm on Saturday afternoon!...Daiquiri Disaster averted! Thank you Appliance Parts Pros!...you are most excellent in my book! 

Watched video ordered the part and fixed it. 

Ordered the part from appliance parts pros, it was delivered quickly with instructions. To replace I watched the video on the appliance parts pro website. Repair took maybe 5 minutes. It was easy and the blender works great again. 

Contacted Kitchenaid who advised they didn't carry the replacement coupling but gave me 3 reference sources of which you were the first I contacted and ordered the coupling. It arrived via USPS within a couple of days. The plastic bag containing the coupling had an official appearing Kitchenaid logo and clear installation instructions. I would recommend APP.com. The sales rep on the phone was very helpful. 

Fix was easy with the video provided. Thanks. 

I inserted the new part and it works again! 

I watched the short video on how to repair and it all went perfectly.

My husband pried it off. It took a few minutes, and put the new one on. 

Removed the old coupler (thanks to the video), and replaced it. Lickity split.
