This dome float is the replacement water-level float that helps the appliance sense and control the tub's water level, restoring reliable fill and shutoff behavior. Use this OEM-fit float when the original is cracked, stuck, or missing. What it does:
- Moves with rising and falling water to actuate the water-level mechanism and help prevent overfilling.
- Can reduce symptoms such as improper fill levels, continuous filling, or intermittent fill shutoff when the existing float is damaged or obstructed.
- Works as part of the washer's water sensing system—does not include electronic switches or housings unless shown.
What's included: One dome float (single replacement float). Install notes:
