Used the advice found on appliancepartspro.com and ordered a new Spark Module. They said that this is a known issue with my particular model. I am happy to say that everything went as smooth as silk and had watched the instructional video a couple of times while my part was on the way. Well brought range home and hooked up the gas, lots of clicking with sparks and low and behold range cooktop wouldn't turn on. So I took a lighter and the burners did turn on but weren't lighting up with the expected roaring flame. So I keep investigating and found out it was set for lp. Physical appearance by replacing burner caps and burner grate. My wife is a cleaning machine. Only probelm is the grates and caps get slight burn marks on them that are hard to clean. I may try your ceramic cleaner to see if that works better than elbow grease. Read more

I looked on line for a parts manual, then typed in a part, and this site came up. They had all the parts I needed. I never did a job like this, but the parts manual pictures made it simple, and then this site made it simple to order the parts. All together looking online, and tearing apart, ordering online, then putting it back together, about 3 hours. I do know how to use tools. Read more
