I ordered the both the Pcb assembly and a heater sheath. Upon accessing the Pcb, I immediately discovered it had failed miserably, (contacts burnt and melted, wiring and insulation on one wire suffered severe electrical damage. To put it bluntly a small electrical fire had occurred on the circuit board. There was enough slack in the damaged wire so I removed the affected area, replaced the terminal. I was not sure what part need it to be replaced. I ask Appliance Parts Pros technical support for help, withing 24 hours received an answer. I took back off stove and determined touch pad panel must be bad...unfortunately for me the part was out of stock, took APP a week to get part and as it was 3 weeks before Christmas (delivery took a little longer than normal) took a week. I immediately began installation and it went well, took 20 mins. for all the screws, plugged in and everything worked great. Read more
