Ordered new cook top, arrived in 2days. Replacement was very easy. Part was perfect fit and had same markings as factory top. Repair only required a philips head screwdriver. The replacement hinge unit arrived in just two days. The JennAire (Maytag) oven door is fairly typical in that it easily lifts off of the hinge bars. Once the door is off then removing two screws is all that's required to remove the hinge unit from the oven. The new hinge slides up into place and while you hold it up inside of its location putting the old screws back in is very easy. Overall the fix wasn't too hard. The challenge was putting the oven door back together and holding it together while trying to tighten the screws.
