I discovered that the water inlet manifold was cracked. Installed the new part which greatly improved the issue but was not completely resolved. Upon further inspection it looked like the arm bearing had seen better days so, since the machine is ten years old I opted to replace the rest of the assembly. Purchased water inlet valve and new hot and cold water hoses. Unscrewed about 5 screws that were holding the top of the washer in place then slide the top forward and up. Released the control top it popped off no screws. Disconnected the wires attached and unscrewed 2 screws holding the valve in place the popped that off. Popped in a new valve and repeated the process in reverse. Boom done! Very simple works like new! Read more

The control panel (upper panel on door with all the buttons) was working only periodically. I got the dishwasher model number and looked up the part that I needed using that number. The part came next day! I was shocked at how fast the shipping was. I turned the dishwasher on its side used a pair of pliers and a rubber mallet to get the old wheel off( was not easy) once it was off I had to get the plastic off the new wheel , and that was really hard took some elbow grease but finally after about 10 mins I got it off and simply pushed in the new wheel and used the rubber mallet to secure it and my dishwasher now rolls around like new.
