Color change went from black to stainless steel Wayne J. • Harleysville , PA • January 12, 2019
Very smooth. I ordered the door and the control panel. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands when removing the screws from the door or place something under it so it doesn’t drop. The door comes off with about 10 screws. They are different length. Short screws go into steel, long go into plastic. Remove the door and upper facia/control panel. You’ll need to disconnect the wires. The panel has two parts that need to be transferred. 1. The electronic panel. It’s white and has a row of...

Failed heating element in circulation motor / heater assembly Wayne S. • Georgetown , TX • March 14, 2021
This was to address an E:09 fault code on a Bosch dishwasher. I swapped out the Circulation motor and heater assembly. The video given on APP.com was for a different model, but more or less the same. The video gave me confidence enough to order the part and attempt it. The significant difference was that in the video, the assembly is easily accessible from the bottom of the unit. On my unit, however, the bottom is a closed plastic pan that isn't easily removable, likely requiring removal of the...

Drain pump Benjamin E. • Pittsburgh , PA • July 26, 2022
I spent a lot of time taking apart and cleaning the drain pump and hoses in my Bosch dishwasher. I still got the error that the drain pump wasn't right. So, after doing some research, I learned that the motor might be done and that seemed to be the only solution.
I serached for my part on APPs.com and found the part for about $43 ($50 by the time tax and shipping was added in). The part was ordered, shipped and was on my doorstep in two days.
I followed the repair video instructions provided...

Existing silverware basket would not fit with new lower crockery basket replaced a few days earlier Mark J. • Granbury , TX • March 29, 2026
A simple fix. It would have been helpful and saved a bit of time and shipping expense if a note was added to the lower crockery basket part number that the silverware basket had also been updated and the old one would not fit.

Bosch dishwasher leaking jet dry at 4 years old Paul G. • Seneca , SC • July 22, 2018
I bought just the replacement lid based on other reviews. The door cost about a third of the whole soap dispenser module but took a chance it was just the lid. Although the part number is the same there was a new flange on the inside of the lid. Would have been nice if Bosch sent the redesigned part to owners. Either way replacement took 2 minutes and the problem is gone

Leaking dishwasher lower door seal. Bosch ap4359774 (00669221) Cliff M. • Evans , GA • March 31, 2022
The symptom was suds and water on the floor at the left front of the dishwasher within the first five minutes of operation. Examination of the seal inside the door showed it was warped and pushed up into the door out of place. Once disassembled we found a tear in the seal, severe warping, and the material was sticky and slimy rather than flexible.
I found a video of the disassembly that was very helpful. It is necessary to pull the dishwasher out of the cabinet but my installation had no top...

E15 error code Sarah R. • Austin , TX • January 29, 2023
"Watertap" E15 error code indicated leaking. Dried it all out to allow it to run again. Ran dishwasher with front and bottom panels off to get a visual on leak causing the styrofoam float to set off the code. Saw it was coming from the diverter area. Ordered this assembly -- which DOES include the seal ring, by the way -- pulled dishwasher all the way out to replace it, and VOILA. No more leaking or error code. (This took a few days to analyze and receive the part, so in the meantime we...

Secures the tine row assembly inside your dishwasher rack. Replace this small plastic holder if it's broken, cracked, or missing to prevent wobbly tines.
Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You
Two small plastic parts had fallen off of my bosch dishwasher Robert H. • Chapel Hill , NC • May 18, 2015
I looked carefully at why this one row of tines might be wobbly and saw that the row of tines next to it was secured by these little plastic pieces that just seemed to snap on. So I Googled "parts for Bosch dishwashers" and Appliance Parts Pros popped up. I called the number on the website and the very nice person who worked on the phone asked for the serial number on the door of the dishwasher. Then I described what I needed. She identified it by my description. I ordered it, it arrived,...

Our Bosch dishwasher repeatedly stopped during wash pressing on door would restart it. Kevin B. • Hinsdale , IL • December 18, 2021
Because the door would no longer stay shut and didn't firmly click when closed. Reviewing reports on-line narrowed the problem, so I ordered the door lock assembly kit. Two Torx bits are needed: T10 for two screws that secure the gray latch/lock and sensor to the stainless interior wall of the door & T20 for twelve screws holding the control panel & decorative metal front to the interior wall. Pay close attention to theT20 screws, they aren't all one length. Remove the eight T20 screws holding...

Your staff is courteous, service was fast and I would definitely recommend Appliance Parts Pros.

Bosch shem78w55n dishwasher leaking from bottom pan Francis S. • Vermillion , SD • May 26, 2020
Leak was slow but becoming gradually worse. Pulled dishwasher out from under counter then visually inspected sump while it ran. As soon as the water got very hot, I could see the sump leaking where it meets the stainless pan. Searched for the correct sump gasket without success. Turns out that the gasket is built into the sump for this model. The built-in gasket is very narrow (under-engineered IMHO which is probably why it developed a leak). Thanks to Simon's excellent videos at...

I got E15 code occasionally i would slide it out and dry out with some paper towels and it would be fine again for a few months Vincent G. • Buffalo , NY • August 13, 2018
It finally gave E15 code, then after drying out the E15 code came back within 5 minutes of running. I dried out the base then I ran the dishwasher and observed water coming down the overflow chute after running only 5 minutes. There is a water inlet (clear water chamber on the side of the machine). It had some gunk inside that was stopping a black float shut-off from moving. I replaced the water inlet chamber. I also suspected the non return valve (also called a check valve). From the parts...

New dishwasher replacement Brian W. • Fort Worth , TX • December 05, 2021
This was a dishwasher swap out. I first turned the water off to the inlet hose of the dishwasher from underneath the sink. Removed the inlet water hose from sink to dishwasher. (use wrench or adjustable wrench) Then removed the screws securing old dishwasher from the cabinetry.
I then pulled out the dishwasher from the cabinetry hole it was in.
I unplugged the power cord from the wall of the old dishwasher.
Then Ii removed the other end of inlet hose still attached to old DW (braided stainless...
