The right door seal and the freezer door seal are easily removed and replaced. They just pull out of the slot. These 2 new gaskets push in easily. The left door has the French Door Mullion, that blocks the removal of the door gasket.
There are two screws in the middle that holds it on, and there is a spring at the bottom of the mullion that keeps the mullion in place. The spring can easily be removed, or left in place. There is an electrical connector in the middle of the mullion. As suggested...

Replaced both lower hinges and it did fix the problem. The only issue I had was when reinserting the water line. Because of the slight bend in the hose, it was catching at the end before exiting in the back. Hopefully I didn't tweak the line to cause any future issues. I did need pliers to pull one of the old hinges out.

Replaced tank assembly. Actually I think the supply hose was originally not fully seated in the tank and I think I could have re-seated it deeper through the gray bushing. 2, Pulled off facia around controls on freezer door,, you have to pull out the bottom part of the chute first , its clipped in
3. Disconnected the front panel
4. Unscrewed the next panel to allow access to the chute flap
5. Removed 1 screw holding complete flap and mechanism and replaced with new
