Moving a front loading washing machine Robert I. • Spartanburg , SC • March 24, 2015
We are moving soon. In checking, I found that a front loading washing machine tub must be stabilized using shipping bolts. I found the correct items on line at AppliancePartsPros.com. "Chris" of your staff was very helpful. He informed me that my washer required only 3 shipping bolt assemblies, instead of the four I expected to buy. The bolts were delivered two days after my order.

Leaking during rinse/spin stage Alessandro F. • San Jose , CA • March 07, 2015
Replacing the upper nozzle connector did the trick.
I could not see damage in the older upper nozzle, it is possible that I could have fixed this just by tightening the parts - but i am happy I purchased both the upper nozzle and check valve ball, it feels good to have installed brand new parts in the washer.

I have a Samsung front load clothes washer which developed a major leak Michael C. • Dillsburg , PA • June 07, 2020
After discovering the cause of the leak was horrific engineering on Samsung's part. I ordered the nozzle connector (which was the failed part) and the check valve ball.
Repairs were done in short order, and the machine was up and running again. So with the cost of the parts (crazy amounts for shipping), over $300 for a new floor (as the other was totally ruined by the flood of water from the machine) and three days of my time to reconstruct the laundry room, I'd say all went well.

He unit would shake like it was off balance Bernard M. • Lebanon , OR • November 24, 2015
At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part.
After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle.
Once I replaced that part and replaced a few missing parts I lost all found on your store the unit went together just as it came apart and works excellent.
