Removed the vegetable drawers, removed the shelf above them. Removed two screws (philips #2) holding the left drawer rail in place. Levers the front of the rail away from the side of the refrigerator and pulled, sliding the tab at the rear of the rail out from the fridge wall.
Placing the new rail had some challenges due to extra plastic at the far end of the rail. I needed to carefully cut/trim (with large diagonal cutters) the plastic tab to match the old rail otherwise the extra plastic...

Very simple fix. All it took was removing the drawer and with a Phillips screwdriver screwed the replacement wheel into place and then replacing the drawer. It took longer to open the package and remove the part from shipping than it did to fix to drawer.
