Watched video. Took dryer apart to get to heating element and sensors.
In process found alot of lint had escaped into inner dryer and had a thick coating
over heating element. I cleaned out most lint and pulled apart lint trap on front and
cleaned out as much accumulated lint as possible. I then removed the heating element

The one difference was the connections to the front side of the dryer were on the power distribution circuit board located on the left of the dryer under a sheet metal cover. Water inlet valve was not supplying water to ice maker. The water inlet valve is not available/DA-03150A. Samsung was no help. Appliance Parts Pros said that part DA 81-05997A was the replacement part. This part includes the entire housing that the water filter and water holding bottle are housed in, and of course, the water inlet valve. After resetting the ice maker it started to produce ice cubes in about 12 hours.
