I took apart the washer to find both of the weight balancers had broken in 2 and were banging around. They had also caused the boot seal to rip. I removed the broken weight balancers and replaced them along with a new boot seal. There was one small spot with the seal wasn't fully attached to the outer drum so I had to take it back apart to fix that minor error on my part. Otherwise, it was a fairly easy fix. Read more

Needed to replace washer counter balance. Also order shock absorbers in case they needed to be replaced, fortunately they didn't need replacement and will be returned. I used Appliance Parts Pros many time and always found them to be very helpful and the repair videos are very helpful. Read more

Removed top panel to reach the hose and sensor. Propped the washer back, reached up to remove bottom hose assembly. Replaced with new hose and new sensor. Put top panel back on. Parts place told me the part was backordered for months and repair would cost at least $80. Got it in three days and fixed it myself. Read more

When I opened the rear cover and check the temperature sensor, I noticed the wire connection was damp. I dried it up with a hair dryer and it worked again for a few days. Then the problem came back. When I gone back to inspect the second time, i noticed a lot of water on the floor. I knew there was a leak. Washer said error no drain. Cleaned the filter and still no drain. So the next step was to check the hose for any debris and when I went to pull the hose off it broke, at the same time I found the check valve flap broke in the drain pump and it was blocking the hose. So I replaced the check valve on the drain pump and replaced the hose. Read more

Replacing the upper nozzle connector did the trick. I could not see damage in the older upper nozzle, it is possible that I could have fixed this just by tightening the parts - but i am happy I purchased both the upper nozzle and check valve ball, it feels good to have installed brand new parts in the washer. At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle. Once I replaced that part and replaced a few missing parts I lost all found on your store the unit went together just as it came apart and works excellent. Read more

Ordered parts based on watching repair videos. Parts came in a timely fashion and where exactly what was needed. Repair videos helped make the repair fast and easy and the washer is working well saving me hundreds of dollars. I had a repair man in to look at it at first , charged me 110.00 and did nothing said all parts where backordered. I ordered the parts and within 90 minutes I was done. Read more
