Rodney, Ok, based on your post, we know you have L1 (power in) but, do you have Neutral (power out). Check for 120 VAC across the "D" connector(four pin connector) , pin 4 black and pin 3 white if you have 120 VAC across the wires, replace the control board WD21X10100.

Siming for Model Number GE ZBD3500ZZ1WW

When I put my dishwasher in Rinse & Hold mode, it can drain all the water when it's done. So the water pump and drain solenoid should all be working. But when it is in full washing cycle mode, it goes through all stages just fine. But at the end, it leave a full tank of clean water in the washer. I have replaced Sequence Switch (AP2039701) and the control board assembly (AP3191005). But the same problem still exists. Any other ideas? Thanks much.

Hi Siming. Did you totally remove the drain hose and verify it is clear ? Is the check valve flap inside the pump output in good shape so the pump does not cavitate ? It is part # WD01X10175. It also helps to insure that there is no back up of sink water. You need to verify that there is a loop under the sink clamped tight as high as possible then taught to the sink drain or disposal. This will create a p-trap effect as no sink water or drain waste smell back up in the unit. Make sure the sink or disp. connection is clear to drain into it. Follow the installation instructions supplied with the use and care guide. The pump is part # WD19X10015. Look inside the pump and check the impeller to see if it is damaged or loose spinning on the shaft. Thank You.

Hello Glen. You will need to remove the drain hose and see if it is partially clogged. If so, it can do a slow drain into the disposal, but will not empty out the water inside the tub assembly. Remove the drain hose from the check valve assembly WD22X10024 and make sure the drain hose and the check valve assembly are free from debris. Hope this helps.

Hello John. You will need to check and see if the water valve WD15X93 is letting in enough water. If not, it can cause low water levels. If it is good, you may have a bad timer WD21X10018. Hope this helps.
