Will never buy a Maytag again, our ICE20 purchased from Home Depot has been a nightmare. Had the infamous flashing lights/ice maker possessed issue with capacitors, replaced using online instructions and Radio Shack capacitors. 2 years later, the condenser fan stops working, and Maytag replaced the HV board as a courtesy, which resolved the issue. A year later, soft ice cream first clue condenser fan not working again. Local appliance repair person trouble shoots and says it's the HV board, which I order online, replace and program - still no condenser fan. Now what?

Paul, It's probably best that you start at the back of the refrigerator, at the main control board WPW10310240 with a meter check pin#1(bk/grn) to pin #2 (rd/bk) on the J6 connector on the board with the harness disconnected, No 12 VDC, would indicate a faulty main control board. If you have the voltage there ,You'll want to remove the upper door hinge cover and check for loose connections in the harness under the cover. Then you will need to access the display board, and check for the 12 VDC in the J1 harness pin#1 (bk/grn) to pin #3 (rd/bk) If you have the voltage there, you will need to replace the low voltage/display board 67006294

John, If the dispenser door is not opening, That would be an issue with the dispenser control board 67006294 and or the motor and switch WP13005701B . If everything works, but the auger motor doesn't run, then we're looking at a faulty main control board W10890094 (on the back of the refrigerator) or auger motor failure 67006342 The dispenser assembly is a low (12 VDC) assembly. The auger motor and other interior components of the "ice box" are 120 VAC system. You have checked for loose connections and proper voltages to the refrigerator, first.

Hello Joe, You will want to pull the filter out and install the bypass plug and see if the water comes through dispenser. If it does then the filter is at fault even though it was changed 2 months prior. If it still does not come through then you will want to look to make sure that the water tank or water lines are not frozen.
