Scott October 23, 2011 for Model Number Kenmore H2 Plus Washer Hello, My Kenmore H2 Plus Washer is still having F20 error. I checked the hose connections and it does have water. I also replaced the water valves. I noticed water did not flow in the washer on some cycles. The washed laundry is still have a lot of soap residues. Is this be some kind of electronic problems? Thanks.
1 Answer Hi Scott. The "F20" error code signifies a water inlet error. If this error code is displayed, consumers should press the "Stop" button twice and immediately disconnect the washer from its power source. Check to ensure that your water faucets are completely open and that the screen of the inlet hose is clean and clear of any dirt or debris. Ensure that your water inlet hose is not kinked, frozen or damaged in any way. After examination of your washer and its connections, power-up the washer and start a new cycle. Since you have already replaced the valves, take a look at the flow meter which monitors the amount of water going in. It physically needs to be placed totally horizontally or vertically for correct operation. Recheck all elect. connections. The flow meter is part # []. Make sure the dispenser motor cam and lever is intact and not out of time also. We will need your model # so we can provide a part # .Thank You. Read More...
Scott October 18, 2011 for Model Number Kenmore H2 Plus Washer Hello, My washer water valve wouldn't open after the first cycle. I would hear the buzzzzz noise but no water flow in the washer. First, I thought it the water valve so I replaced it but it still have the same problem. Could this be the electronic control box problem? Scott
1 Answer Hello Scott. Check and make sure the water is flowing freely out of the hose to the water valve. Sometimes the screens on the water hoses get clogged and prevent the water from flowing. Check the hot and cold hoses. Hope this helps. Read More...
K September 11, 2011 Whirlpool duet washer had the F-DL code about 2 yrs ago, and was fixed by replacing the door lock part inside the tub. Now it happened again and a new door lock part was installed, but does not fix the problem. Is this now possibly due to a Central Control Unit issue?
1 Answer Hi K. Have you pressed pause /cancel 2x to reset? It will try to lock 6x before displaying the error. Check the wires from the door switch to the central control unit. If all is tight then you need to listen when you first press start do you hear a click? If there is no click then replace the C.C.U . part # is WP8182664. Thank you. Read More...

Joe M. April 01, 2011 for Model Number ghw9250mw1 Control box(ap3859567) I get no cold water on the wash cycles ( warm or cold ) rinse cycles are ok
1 Answer Joe, first thing, if you haven't yet, check the inlet valve and fill hose screens for debris and clean them out. At the main control board, disconnect the TH2 connector, with a multimeter, check for approximately 10,000 ohms resistance across the two wires in the connector. If you have the resistance , then replace the control board, anything other than a resistance reading(open or closed circuit) you'd have a bad tub temperature sensoror wiring problem. You are aware that this washer has "target temperatures" and your cold water temperature is going to be approximately 70 dgrs. ? Read More...
