Scott for Model Number Kenmore H2 Plus Washer Hello, My Kenmore H2 Plus Washer is still having F20 error. I checked the hose connections and it does have water. I also replaced the water valves. I noticed water did not flow in the washer on some cycles. The washed laundry is still have a lot of soap residues. Is this be some kind of electronic problems? Thanks.
Answer Hi Scott. The "F20" error code signifies a water inlet error. If this error code is displayed, consumers should press the "Stop" button twice and immediately disconnect the washer from its power source. Check to ensure that your water faucets are completely open and that the screen of the inlet hose is clean and clear of any dirt or debris. Ensure that your water inlet hose is not kinked, frozen or damaged in any way. After examination of your washer and its connections, power-up the washer and start a new cycle. Since you have already replaced the valves, take a look at the flow meter which monitors the amount of water going in. It physically needs to be placed totally horizontally or vertically for correct operation. Recheck all elect. connections. The flow meter is part # []. Make sure the dispenser motor cam and lever is intact and not out of time also. We will need your model # so we can provide a part # .Thank You. Read More...
