Electronic display was completely blank. Oven would beep when buttons pushed but no functionality worked when pressing buttons. I have replaced the control board and the functionality returned (was able to cook a pizza successfully) however the digital screen did not return to working, still blank. I then replaced the control panel and STILL display. All functions work except NO SCREEN DISPLAY. Please help! Tell me there's a connection maybe I'm not checking...yes the ribbon is connected and in place. Thank you; all your answers to others have helped to this point!

Adam, The part that would be needed for no display but the unit is operating would be the transformer. The part number for the transformer will be WP9760587.

Hello Jane, I would first try unplugging and re-connecting the ribbon cable several times and see if it re-establishes contact. Many times a lost connection will cause parts to be replaced without necessity. If this does not correct the issue, the control panel WP8300435 is the next most common cause. In the unlikely event that this does not correct the issue, the control board WPW10438751 is suspect.

Dave, You will want to check the transformer on the unit. The part number for the transformer is WP9760587 and you would want to check it at the control board. Check the P16 connector pin 2 to pin 3 and make sure that it is getting 12 to 24 vdc. If it is not then the transformer is faulty and would need replaced.

We got up last week one morning and the oven clock was blank. I order a new control board P/N W10438750 G REV B from a local supplier. After installing it the upper oven temp. came on at 350 deg. and we could not set the time or any thing. After a few minutes error code E0 F2 appeared on the screen. The Paper that came with the oven says to replace the control panel. Some blogs say to check the thermostat. Others say the touchpad is stuck and should be replaced. How do I check this, Or did they give me the wrong replacement board? It does have an extra panel on it that the original did not have.

1 Answer

Hello Larry. That is a control panel failure. Make sure the ribbon cable is seated good and if so, replace the control panel on the unit.
