Answer Dave, You will want to check the transformer on the unit. The part number for the transformer is WP9760587 and you would want to check it at the control board. Check the P16 connector pin 2 to pin 3 and make sure that it is getting 12 to 24 vdc. If it is not then the transformer is faulty and would need replaced. Read More...
