Richard, First, disconnect the fill hoses from the faucets, flush the water supply pipes, remove and clean the screened hose washers in the end of the fill hoses and then remove the filter screens in the fill valve and clean them. A slow fill cycle could cause the washer control to shut down, but will usually cause and error code. If you remove the lower access panel, you should find the tech data sheet attached to the inside in a plastic bag. You can program the control to review the error codes logged in the memory, and the control can run an operational test and give you an idea of where to start the diagnosis.

George, Based on this information and the F11 error code would be a Motor control unit error. Possible Causes/Procedure - Verify the shipping system including shipping bolts and spacers are removed, and power cord out of the unit. - Check if washer is on a dedicated circuit. Other devices on same circuit can create line noise and cause this issue. - Unplug washer or disconnect power - Check the neutral feed to the MCU and CCU from the AC line filter. - Check all wire harness connections between the Motor & MCU, and MCU to CCU, are not broken or wires detached and connector internal pins are visible. - Make sure that all the connectors are fully seated. - Plug in washer or reconnect power cord. - Verify the unit operation by running the Diagnostic Test cycle. See page 5. - After the diagnostic test has finished, unplug washer or disconnect power cord and wait for 15 seconds

Robert, It would be more likely that the mcu having burnt circuits would be the issue with the unit and not likely that the motor having an issue. You can test the resistance of the motor windings to see if they are good by checking across pins 1 to 2, 1 to 3 and 2 to 3 and there should be approximately 6 ohms. If it does not test ok then the motor is bad.

Hello Paul. The Motor Control Unit has internal failure; repeating under or over voltage, or over current conditions. If failure occurs during high-speed spin the door unlocks after 3 minutes. 1. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 2. Check wire harness connections between the drive motor and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU). Check the motor and do a continuity test. 3. Plug in washer or reconnect power. 4. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor. 5. Check the drive motor for powered rotations. 6. Replace MCU board.

Zach, What's the voltage into the WPW10367632 line filter. It should be 120 VAC or you'd have a damaged line cord, or outlet power problem. Voltage out of the line filter should be 120 VAC, and it needs to be present at the IF2 connector on the CCU. 25.4 VAC isn't enough voltage to force the K1 relay closed, or the display board to react and "light up".

Hello Holladog. If suds are detected continuously by the pressure switch during the drain or spin phases, the washer will fill 4 liters of water and during 5 minutes the unit will rest without tumbling, the water will be drained and it will try to spin or drain again. Possible Causes/Procedure ¦ If too much detergent was used: – Run the unit through a RINSE/SPIN cycle. – Run a NORMAL cycle without adding any detergent. ¦ This should clear the unit of the excess detergent. 1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked. 2. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 3. Check wire harness connections to the drain pump, pressure switch, and Central Control Unit (CCU). 4. Check/clean drain pump filter of foreign objects. 5. Plug in washer or reconnect power. 6. Check drain pump. 7. Check the pressure switch. 8. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic Test or any cycle.

Robert for Model Number 110.47512602

I have had a repairman here 5 times. I replaced the pump then they replaced the CPU and the pressure switch, trap and hose. Before we were getting codes F21 F33 and SD code. After the repair man left today, ran a small load didn't get any codes but the door didn't unlock. I had to manually unlock the door. Any other suggestions what might be wrong?. Right now I have the breaker switch off hoping to reset the washer. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Robert, You will want to check the connection at the door lock to make sure that they are all connected properly and not loose. If the connections check ok then it sounds like the door latch assembly is faulty and would need to be replaced.

Hello Cindy, First verify all connections by unplugging and re-connecting each of the connections to the main control, the motor control, and the motor, one at a time. You then should try to put the unit into the diagnostic test as described in the tech sheet. This should be located in a re-sealable plastic bag behind the bottom front panel. While it is possible for the CCU WPW10525358 to be the issue, these units are notorious for poor electrical connections.
