Hello Jane, I was unable to pull the model number as it came up as invalid. If the model you have has a thermal fuse you need to make sure it is not open. If not, voltage to the control should be verified and the connection from the control to the control panel cleaned if necessary. This is assuming it is a ribbon cable that can be cleaned by rubbing it with a dry pencil eraser only toward the end of the cable to prevent damage to the traces. For better information please verify the model number and re-post.

Tim, With the dishwasher not starting you will want to check the door switches on the unit to make sure that they are good. If the door switches are not working then the unit will not run. Also check the water valve to make sure that there is power getting to the water valve if the door switches check ok.

Hello James, You should remove the kickpanel and open the power connection box which is normally either a plastic box or a galvanized metal box to verify that there is power to the unit and no wire nuts have melted from a loose connection. If this is good, open the door panel and see if there is a thermal fuse mounted to the side of the control board. You can also check the door switches from this location.

Robert, If the clean light is flashing 7 times, the issue would be with the heating circuit. You will want to test the heater, the heater thermostat, the wiring between the heater and the control board and if all that checks ok then the control board is faulty and would need to be replaced.
