John, You can use the original bushings that are located under the top panel that the top of the suspension rod hooks into if they are not damaged.

Elainia, Make sure unit is level and all the rods are set down into the bushings on the top. If one of the rods is sticking out of the bushings more than the other 3 it makes the tub off balance.

Hello Ryan. Usually the rods will fail way before the bushings wear out. The new rods usually come with new bushings. If your having a balance issue, you will need to replace the rods.

David, This issue would most likely be the bearing and the part number for the bearing kit is W10435302 which you will also need a tool for the repair which is W10447783 or you could just get the outer tub W10193886 .

Sally, You will want to make sure that the coins are not located in between the tubs, so you would want to pull the inner basket. If they are not located there then you will want to take the front panel off the unit and access the drain pump. Take the hose off that goes to the tub and check the hose. If not in the hose then remove the pump and make sure that they are not in the pump assembly.
